- Necessary x-rays (full mouth 1x / 3 yrs, bitewings 2x / 1 yr, additional as needed)
- 1 emergency care visit (exam and essential x-rays)
- 20% off all other dental treatment, including cosmetic makeovers (some exclusions apply)
*If a deep cleaning is needed, credit for the 2 basic cleanings can be applied toward periodontal maintenance cleanings.
